We currently ship to Indonesia and Australia. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes:

• Indonesia: 2–5 business days depending on destination city
• Australia: 5–10 business days for international delivery

Returns & Exchanges

Not the right fit? You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us with your order number via the Contact page. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions and process your refund or exchange after the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
